American House consists of nine house buildings with studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments that house 192 memory care, assisted living, and independent residents. The facility also provides respite and hospice care, and maintains a 24-hour awake staff. On-site restaurants, including one for fine dining, and cozy common areas let residents mingle with their friends and family, and the facility often holds life-enriching events.
