Wildewood Downs full-time Wellness Director and team work one-on-one and in group settings with Members in classes that are held throughout the week. Personalized schedules and fitness tracts allow individuals to focus on their specific goals. Over 10 unique classes are held throughout the week which include Balance Training, Core Master, Cognitive Fitness, First Step Fitness, Total Body Workout and more - all of which are important for seniors.
