When you call Unlimited Care Inc., a Patient Services Associate will answer your questions and discuss with you the type of services you may need, they will explain the cost of services, methods of payment and reimbursement sources. A primary care nurse works with the physician, patient and family to develop a care plan best suited to meet the patients’ individual needs. The Patient Service Associate and primary nurse, working together with the patient and care giver, become your partners in care to assure adjustments are made to the plan of care as needed.
