About Trinity Gardens on Portola - Palm Desert, CA
Trinity Gardens on Portola is a state-of-the-art assisted living community located in central Palm Desert, just a couple of blocks from the Joslyn Senior Center. Each of our 9 individual suites is equipped with its own bathroom with a wheelchair-access shower and a private patio with a garden area.
Our residents enjoy views of the Santa Rosa Mountains from the beautifully landscaped gardens and a 1200-square-foot great room with a 55” LCD HDTV with Blu-Ray, reading area, and a gas fireplace.
We provide healthy, balanced meals and snacks with accommodations for special diets, laundry and housekeeping services, activities (including Senior Center outings), and 24-hour awake staff.
