About Suncoast Retreat - New Port Richey, FL
Suncoast Retreat is a single story, 58 bed facility with an ECC (Extended Congregate Care) license as well as a LMH (Limited Mental Health) license. Both of these additions to the standard license mean more staff training and greater flexibility as to the variety of resident needs that can be met.
Suncoast Retreat participates in Florida’s Medicaid Waiver and Nursing Home Diversion programs which assist residents with insufficient income. The facility assists with all paperwork and appointments necessary for these programs and will also do filings with the Veterans Administration whenever residents are eligible for Aids and Attendance.
Suncoast Retreat offers a genuine family feel and sense of community. The staff is very hands-on and provides every opportunity for residents to feel safe and relaxed. Also, there are three large, covered areas outside for relaxing and enjoying Florida’s year round warmth.
