Trillium Senior homes is a unique community of four residential homes on a private drive in the quiet Marywood area of Grand Rapids, Mi.
Home number 4 is a beautiful 6 bedroom multilevel structure that has been lovingly remodeled by a master craftsman. Pat and Sandie Thompson, our founders, developed this community in 1994 by moving these large homes approximately 2 miles and locating them on a picturesque site with large double lots. Plenty of green space and trees make it seem like you are living in a park.
The interior finishes are exquisite. The large kitchen boasts rich cherry cabinets and solid black granite. Feel the warmth heated floor covered with Italian tumbled marble. The living room and main level bedrooms are Brazilian walnut and cherry hardwood. The Thompsons have thought of everything right down to the 1" memory foam topper on every bed.
