Stay at Home America provides a unique solution of comprehensive and coordinated services ensuring that seniors and adults with disabilities can continue to live independently. The team, led by a personal advocate (care manager) as the single point of contact for ongoing integrated services, may include a personal assistant (in home caregiver), a bookkeeper, and a home specialist who are chosen to meet the unique needs of each client. The full service model encompasses an annual lifestyle, financial, and home assessment by an interdisciplinary team coupled with the personal advocate. Services also can be unbundled, and the results of a service-specific assessment will determine the scope of client services. Stay at Home America services include a broad range of caregiving, daily money management, home safety, home maintenance, and home renovation options with checks and balances in place to assure our clients.
