Starlite Caregivers is a locally owned and operated Personal Assistance Service (PAS). Starlite Caregivers is a licensed agency that is insured and bonded. We offer in-home assistance, specializing in the needs of those with dementia. Starlite Caregivers can provide services in a private residence or facility, whatever is considered to be home on a short or long-term basis dependent on your needs. Once it has been determined that a PAS agency is the appropriate level of care for you or your loved one we can schedule a free in-home assessment. Based on the information shared at this meeting an Individualized Service Plan is initiated, which is a guide for the caregiver to follow to ensure that all required tasks are accomplished. This also allows us to understand your specific needs and determine the best fit regarding a caregiver based on details shared at this assessment. We schedule our caregivers for the hours and days you request. All parties are introduced by a member of the management team and made to feel comfortable at the onset of services. As our client’s needs change we amend the Individualized Service Plan accordingly.
