At Shepherd Home #2, we pride ourselves in personalized 24-hour care from trained, professional, and loving staff. And many services our seniors receive are in home. An on-site doctor, podiatrist, dentist, physical therapist, and beautician are all there to ensure comprehensive wellness. Our caring staff is highly trained to assist those with dementia, Parkinson's, diabetes, stroke/CVA, COPD, Multiple Sclerosis, Cardiac Specialty, Rehabilitation, Respite Care, and Hospice. Residents at Shepherd Home #2 enjoy snacks and home cooked nutritious meals served three times daily. On request, meals can be prepared specifically to their doctors requests. The community has a thriving activities schedule. Seniors enjoy a time of arts and crafts, and daily exercise. A guitarist and pianist fill the home with enjoyable music. The full-time activities director plans many games, group activities, reading, trivia, outings, and reminiscence.
