Skilled Nursing Services

Our skilled nursing services are provided by a
Registered Nurse who coordinates the plan of care prescribed by your physician.

Our nurse will visit you in your home to assist you in regaining optimal health.

Recover Health nurses offer a range of expertise that includes:
• Wound care
• IV Therapy
• Catheter Care
• Diabetic teaching
• Pain Management
• Monitoring Vital Signs
• Medication Management
• Disease process education
• Customized care plans per physician orders

Therapies

Working directly with the physician, our therapists develop and begin a treatment plan that meets each person’s need.
Recover Health offers a variety of therapy:
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Therapy

Additional Services

• EPSDT: Early Periodic, Screening, Diagnosis & Treatment program.
• EPSDT: Care for Kids services are free to children enrolled in Medicaid.
• Homemaking
o Light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, etc.
• Personal Care Services
o Assistance with bathing, dressing, and more
