Marks Personal Care Home is a family run home that has highly qualified staff and pays attention to detail for each individual. The residence works well for the person who needs some assistance, but does not require ongoing medical care. We have developed a program dedicated to care giving by promoting independence and preserving the dignity of residents. Residents enjoy a high quality of life with a variety of activities and assistance with daily needs.

The home is set on 3 acres of beautifully landscaped yards. We are surrounded on 3 sides by woods where there is an abundance of birds, squirrels and an occasoinal deer. If you're looking for a country setting with all types of trees and flowers then come sit in one of our rocking chairs or lawn chairs and enjoy the view. We also like to boast about our hummingbirds that come back every spring. We also have two dogs and three goats who love to be hand fed.

But the most attractive feature about our place are the home cooked meals. Our meals range from French toast in the morning to baked pork chops and broccoli casserole for lunch and supper is grilled ham and cheese sandwiches with soup. And in between all of that at 2:00 we serve coffee with a snack.

Our home is conveniently located approximately 12 miles south of Augusta and 10 miles north of Waynesboro directly off Hwy 25. So even though we are in the country we are only 15 minutes to South Augusta and 20 minutes to Waynesboro. And if you are a golf player we have 2 courses within 15 miles of us.
