Maple Leaf Home is a small residential care home nestled in a quiet north Seattle neighborhood. Relax with your loved one as you would at home in this intimate five room residence house. We are just blocks away from a beautiful 16 acre city reservoir park. The community offers a welcoming tight knit atmosphere with many local cafes and restaurants. Many residents move here as a they transition from living with extended family and are seeking a similar environment but require assisted living facilities and amenities. Private rooms are fully accessible and located on the ground level of the home. There is a shared full bathroom equipped with a roll--in shower. Enjoy the warmth of a cozy fire with your loved ones as you visit in our spacious communal living room. Amenities include laundry area, shared kitchen and dining, tv, library and much more. Our staff specializes in memory care having years of experience working with patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke, Parkinson's and MS. We can also assist families working through end of life care. We provide very specific daily care based on each resident's care plan allowing and encouraging individual freedoms and abilities to be involved in their own self care.
