Maple Glen Memory Care is one of 22 Koelsch Communities. Together, the Koelsch family has more than five decades in developing, building and operating senior housing. Through the years, the technology and research applied to each community have advanced, however, the underlying philosophy has remained the same. Now in eight states Koelsch Communities is proud to announce the addition of Maple Glen Memory Care in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
Maple Glen will honor 65 residents in an atmosphere that supports each resident on his/her individual journey through life with dementia. At Maple Glen, we have a passion for improving residents' quality of life by providing exercise, stimulating conversation, socialization, activities, outings, hobbies, music, pet therapy; and by catering to individual dietary preferences. Every aspect of our community focuses on helping each resident get the most out of life. All Maple Glen associates will utilize the specially designed Personal Touch ProgramSM, instilling significance in every interaction.
We invite Maple Glen residents to choose from three types of room accommodations: private suites, neighborhood suites (private bedroom with shared bathroom) and semi-private suites (shared bedroom and bathroom space). Each suite is equipped with state-of-the-art motion sensors designed to alert staff to resident activity. Strong relationships with local, Glen Ellyn educational establishments result in outstanding intergenerational programming. Maple Glen will offer a broad spectrum of memory care services including respite and hourly care.
