Dedicated to excellence, The Laurel Care Nursing Center offers a full spectrum of skilled nursing services. Our center is designed to accommodate short-term rehabilitation patients as well as traditional nursing home residents who require either intermediate or comprehensive nursing care.

Our ninety-two-bed skilled nursing center facility is a licensed Medicare and Medicaid certified nursing center. The dining rooms offer socialization and views of our verdant natural setting. The center offers bright, comfortable living areas where families may gather, activity rooms, chapel, hair salon and barbershop, gardens and library services.

Laurel Assisted Living offers home-like living for persons who wish to continue independence but need assistance with their daily activities. Assistance in daily activities may include dressing or bathing, guidance in medication timing or administration, or gentle encouragement to participate in social events or exercise programs. By getting to know each individual’s needs and preferences, a dedicated staff provides the appropriate level of support required for a rewarding and fulfilling lifestyle.
