Homecoming AFH I - Lynnwood, WA

Homecomings is a licensed Adult Family Home through the state of Washington. The licensed provider is trained as a Certified Nursing Assistant with a 4 years experience working in an Adult Family Home and a special training in a Nursing Home Care Facility. She has CPR and First Aid Training, as well as fundamentals of care giving, nurse delegation, manager mental health specialty training and manager dementia specialty training. Ten hours of continuing education directly related to the care of the residents is also completed every year.

Homecomings is a one year old facility in the Martha Lake neighborhood in Lynnwood. This is a two story split level home with six rooms furnished or unfurnished to accommodate those who wish to bring their own furnishing. Three rooms are level entry from the back patio. A handicapped shower for safety and security. Private rooms, one maybe a double for a couple. Savor homemade meals in a bright cheery dining room, two family rooms and a formal room for visiting and recreation. This home has a special designation to provide service to person with Mental Illness, Dementia, MS, Stroke, Diabetes, TBI, Respite, Incontinent Person, Elderly, Alcoholic and Wheel Chair accessible. This is a non-smoking facility.
