Located partway between Ottawa and Toronto, and minutes from Ferris Provincial Park, Hillside Haven is surrounded by the beauty of rural Ontario with the convenience of the cities less than an afternoon’s drive away.

Accommodations

Our beautiful building is actually a 160 year old home, originally constructed as a luxurious Victorian mansion. This is how we are able to offer the variety of layouts for you to choose from. Private and semi-private rooms, or suites are available. While you have the option to surround yourself with your own personal furnishings, we also have fully furnished and partially furnished rooms. The accommodation and care types you choose will determine your costs. At Hillside Haven we go out of our way to suit every budget so don’t forget to ask about all-inclusive packages.

Ways of staying motivated and living each day meaningfully at Hillside are as plentiful as your imagination! For an afternoon of golfing or fishing, the parks, golf courses and waterways of the area are among Ontario’s finest. Hiking trails through the woodlands and forests of the provincial park, not to mention the suspension footbridge over Trent River Gorge and spectacular lookouts at Ranney Falls are the outdoor lovers’ dream.

On cooler days, Campbellford’s museums, eclectic shops and fine dining suit most every preference and taste. En route home be sure to pick up treats at World’s Finest Chocolate Factory, then plan a visit to the Farmers’ Market and Campbellford winery for your next outing!
