Heritage Home Healthcare was founded to provide full service and high quality health care to patients and clients in their homes. We provide a coordinated system of comprehensive, multidisciplinary health care services in a patients environment to promote, maintain and/or restore health, and minimize the effects of illness and disability on a per visit or continual care basis.
Services range from the highly skilled medical services delivered by registered nurses, through the therapeutic services delivered by a variety of qualified therapists to the companion services delivered by home health aides and homemakers. Clients may require a single service or a combination of services.

Who is a Homemaker/Companion?

Homemaker/Companions provide the friendship and comfort an individual may need when he or she is unable to leave home. It may also be the needed support that allows the individual to remain safe and healthy at home. Homemaker/Companions help with home management, including planning and preparing meals, grocery shopping, light laundry, and light housekeeping, assists with personal care such as bathing and grooming, provides companionship and emotional support, escort to appointments.
