About Healthcare Resort of Waco - Waco, TX
I feel the most unique part of our resort is our people. We have an incredible staff that believes customer service comes first. We also have nurses here 24/7 which is unique and have the option for skilled nursing and outpatient rehab onsite. Depending on the acuity of our guests, we will staff with nursing aides to fit their needs. We will plan on 1:15 but if that is not meeting their needs it will be corrected. Our nurses from the first floor will also be rounding in the assisted living. Each guest will have a pendant call light that will reach the staff. The resort has an activities director and there will be multiple activities per day. Our activities calendar will be based on what our guests like to do, not what we assume they will like to do.The food here will be another highlight.
