Gracefully Found Care Home (GFCH) is a residential care home with the standards of an assisted living facility, but in a neighborhood boutique-like setting. GFCH focuses on giving personalized care with a 1:6 caregiver ratio, providing more attentive and quality care for your family member.

GFCH is a cozy 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom, beautifully renovated home with A.D.A. modifications. Located in the Pasadena/Deer Park area, with easy access to the Sam Houston Tollway and Hwy 225.
