At Fairwood Gardens Adult Family Home, our vision is providing exceptionally high quality of life to our residents. The highly flexible and personalized care, the kindness and experience of our caregivers, and the gorgeous aesthetics of our property all make this vision our residents‘ reality.

Owner/Manager, Nelly Some, has more than 10 years of experience as a caregiver and Certified Nursing Assistant. She is certified as a CPR/First Aid Instructor (certification approved by the American Heart Association). Nelly is also a loving wife and mother and extends that same level of care to her residents. We also have dedicated caregivers on-site, a Registered Nurse on-call 24/7 and a physician who makes scheduled house calls.

Our private, 1+ acre property is located in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood in Renton, Washington. Our residents enjoy hundreds of trees, shrubs, flower gardens, and the tranquility and peace that only nature can provide. We serve fresh, healthy vegetables such as kale, cabbage, tomatoes and spinach from our own vegetable garden. The property is completely fenced and secured with a gate for the safety and privacy of our residents.
