Comfort Keepers - Houston, TX

Carol and Don Lalonde opened Comfort Keepers of West Houston – Katy because they have personally witnessed the difficulty seniors experience as they age and try to remain at home. The first time they experienced the need for senior home care services occurred when Don’s father became very ill. His mother attempted to care for Don’s dad, but it was an overwhelming effort. At that time they were not able to find the type of services Comfort Keepers offers. And shortly after, they experienced similar frustrations when Carols’ mother became ill. They recognize there are similar situations today where seniors are unable to find the assistance they need to live safely and independently at home.

Their goals are to put the Comfort Keepers first and to become an integral part of the West Houston, Katy, Bear Creek, Copperfield, and Cypress communities so they can help provide assistance to those seniors and their families.
