SunBridge Care and Rehabilitation for Moses Lake is one of Central Washington's premier healthcare providers. In our postacute unit, we provide treatment for patients who have complex medical conditions or are recovering from surgery or illness. Many patients are released from the hospital after a very short time but may not yet be ready to go home. For these patients, our postacute unit offers specially trained nursing staff and intensive physical, occupational and speech therapy. For patients who require long-term care, we also provide a residence with a less clinical and more homelike atmosphere. Friends and family are always welcome, and are invited to participate in activities and special events with residents. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, VA and most private insurance programs.
