Clover Ridge Place is located in the small rural community of Maquoketa, Iowa. Our community is located on a hill that overlooks the beautiful city of Maquoketa with acres of Iowa timber directly behind us. Clover Ridge Place has been in operation since May 4, 2000. In 2009 we were named, "Iowa Assisted Living Association Property of the Year". We have 47 apartments with a secured specialized memory care program, Weland Gardens .

We also have studio apartments which offer a unique style of living in our secured memory care area, Weland Gardens. Weland Gardens provides a family-style setting for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. This area is closely monitored for those who may need more assistance or redirection. Instead of our Individualized Service Plan, the Garden residents have all the care they need for an all-inclusive monthly rate. This program provides individualized life enrichment activities specifically developed for those with memory impairment.
