About Chalmers Lodge - Vancouver, BC
Chalmers Lodge is an assisted living residence for older adults located at 12th and Granville, in the heart of beautiful Vancouver. It is a location with much to offer including shopping, restaurants, as well as a senior’s centre next door. As a non-profit residence, we offer older adults the opportunity to maintain an affordable independent lifestyle in a supportive community environment.
FEATURED SERVICES:
Chalmers Lodge provides an environment where residents feel supported while maintaining an independent lifestyle. Permanent residency, as well as respite and temporary stays are all options. Residents particularly enjoy our meals which are prepared on-site by our Red Seal Chef and his team. Three meals are served daily in our dining room, and morning/afternoon coffee, tea and snacks are served in the Bistro. Housekeeping service is provided weekly. Nursing staff are available to assist residents 24 hours/day. Medication dispensing is included. Extra services are available and include bathing and dressing support, personal laundry, and escorting within the Lodge and to appointments. The caring staff at Chalmers lodge are always ready with a smile and helping hand.
AFFORDABLE FEES:
As a not-for-profit residence we are an affordable private pay assisted living residence with all-inclusive fees ranging from $2399 - $3299 per month. Units are all studios and are offered on a first come, first served basis. Additional personal support services are $40/hour, prorated.
FEATURED ACTIVITIES:
Chalmers Lodge offers many activities for residents including live entertainment, morning exercises, social hours, bingo, art, movies and documentaries, parties, and more. The South Granville Seniors Centre is conveniently located next door where residents enjoy additional activities and events. The highly desirable area of South Granville has exceptional walkability and residents often take advantage of the cafes, theatres, and nearby public transportation.
