Central Gardens is a privately owned, 92 bed, skilled nursing facility. Central Gardens has been under the same San Francisco-based family ownership since opening its doors in 1963. Central Gardens provides rehabilitation services 5-7 days per week on premises which can reduce the length of even a short-term stay. Our full-time rehabilitation therapists work together with our medical director and our dedicated nursing staff to enhance the quality of the resident's life by reshaping lost abilities and teaching new skills.
