Long-Term Care & Short-Term Rehab. The British Home offers long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services with warm, cozy rooms in an intimate, easy-to-navigate environment. Our clinical experts assist residents with medication management and activities of daily living like bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, movement, mobility, walking, and dining. They also work to keep each individual as active and engaged as they can be, encouraging everyone to participate in social and well-being programs. This person-centered care gives our residents a stronger sense of confidence and independence. Comfortable common areas allow residents to spend time with family. Both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services are available when short-term recuperative care is needed.
