Brightwater’s full-time Wellness Director and team work one-on-one and in group settings with Members in classes that are held throughout the week. Over 14 unique classes are held throughout the week which include Stretch and Breathe, Aqua Fit, Line Dancing, Trivia, Beach Walks, Aqua Barre, Wii Bowling and more - all of which are important for seniors.
