Anna's Golden Care Assisted Living Home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Surprise, Arizona. Our value for outstanding personal care shows in the beautiful home environment we provide, offering accommodations for up to nine people at a time in one of our private, semi-private or master bedrooms. Each room includes a private bathroom. We pride ourselves on offering care for the entire person, recognizing each individuals physical, emotional and spiritual needs and treating them with the dignity and respect that we strongly believe they deserve. Our rates are reasonable and include 2 CNA caregivers. Move-in specials may be available upon request. Providing 24-hour certified quality senior care, our friendly staff attend to all levels of care needed including dressing, grooming and bathing, transferring and ambulating, incontinence care, diabetic care and medication management. Our home and trained staff welcome and treat your loved ones with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, COPD and CHF. In-home medical visits are provided by an on-call physician and RN. Anna's Golden Care home life includes well-balanced quality meals with a large variety of snacks kept on hand as well. Residents enjoy daily activities, exercise, arts and crafts with our activity director, weekly in-home entertainment, weekly visits from a salon and massage specialist, and monthly outings and field trips. Additionally, transportation is available for any other outings that may require it. Your loved one will experience an intimate sense of community within a household while simultaneously receiving the medical and emotional care they need.
