At the heart of Chatham Villas of South Park is the Four Seasons Lounge, which hosts an indoor water fountain, a gorgeous garden and a café bar for those who wish to grab a quick snack. Chatham Villas offers residents arts and crafts, music, and cooking activities. Residents can choose between one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, companion suites, and studio apartments, all of which enjoy cable TV. They can either cook in their in-room kitchens or kitchenettes, or they can dine in the main dining room.
