Vancouver Pointe is conveniently located on a quiet secluded Avenue near SR500 and Andresen Road only about a mile from Van Mall shopping area. Whether you’re coming from out of town or from the local area our location is easily accessible. You’ll find all of the resources you need for your personal business , recreation and health in close proximity to our community. Vancouver Pointe offers, INDEPENDENT LIVING; rent will always include utilities (except telephone) once weekly housekeeping, transportation, free Wi-Fi service and a monthly calendar of social opportunities. A dining room program is offered as a choice; pay only for what you use. Vancouver Pointe welcomed its first resident into the community in 2006. You may choose from studio, one and two bedroom apartments or if you’re not quite ready to downsize to an apartment you’ll find 26 beautiful two bedroom two bath patio homes. These homes offer kitchens w/granite counters, all appliances including washer and dryer, lots of storage space; a living room with fireplace and surrounding bookshelves and a private one car garage.
